Upon delivery, your Love-Encore Delivery Specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems specific to your vehicle as well as help personalize features according to your needs. The Specialist is your “go-to” contact before, during and after delivery to answer all of your technology questions.
You will also learn about SUBARU STARLINK™ connected services and how to enroll. Schedule your first Service appointment, then schedule a Love-Encore visit to discuss additional technology questions that may arise after delivery.

Once you’ve had a few weeks to experience driving your new Subaru, we encourage you to return for a Love-Encore visit with your Delivery Specialist.
The Love-Encore Visit
Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is another opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s “bells and whistles”. With the help of the Love-Encore Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience. The Delivery Specialist will provide an in-depth explanation and demonstration of your vehicle’s features if desired.
